By creating an account or using Gather360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Gather360 on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
Gather360 is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that allows you to manage clients, contacts, notes, documents, follow-ups and team collaboration. The service is provided as a subscription and accessed via a web browser.
To use Gather360, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
Gather360 offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at £24.99 per month.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using the service. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiry to allow you time to subscribe.
You agree to use Gather360 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Gather360, including client records, contacts, notes, documents and any other content. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Gather360 service to you. This licence ends when you delete your data or close your account.

We take data security seriously. Your data is hosted in the United Kingdom, transmitted over encrypted connections, and isolated from other accounts. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Where you store personal data of your clients or contacts within Gather360, you are the data controller for that data and we act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and process that data.
We aim to keep Gather360 available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days. After that period, it will be permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion or we are required to retain it by law.
All rights, title and interest in the Gather360 platform — including the design, code, branding, logos and documentation — belong to Mako Digital. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the service as described.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Gather360 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
