The short answer
A follow-up in Gather360 is a dated task tied to a client: a call back, an email to chase, a meeting or a renewal. Each has a due date, a priority and the person responsible. The home screen shows what is overdue first, then what is due this week, so nothing slips. Ticking it off records who did it and when.
Why it matters
Most lost work is a follow-up nobody did
The quote that was "just waiting to hear back". The invoice nobody chased. The client whose contract renewed with someone else because you didn't call in March.
Gather360 is built around that list. It opens on what is slipping, not on a wall of charts.
- Overdue items sit at the top in red until someone deals with them
- Due today and due this week follow underneath
- Every follow-up belongs to a client, so the context is one click away
What each follow-up holds
Enough to act on, nothing you have to fill in for the sake of it.
Due date
When it needs doing. It moves up the list as the day gets closer.
Type
Call, email, meeting or other, so you can batch your calls.
Priority
Low, medium or high. Filter the list to just the high ones when the day gets busy.
Owner
Assign it to anyone on your team, so it is clear whose job it is.
Client
Linked to the client and, if you like, the contact it is about.
Done
Tick it off. Gather360 records who did it and when.
Shared, so holidays and sick days don’t drop the ball
Follow-ups live on the client, not in one person’s inbox. If someone is off, anyone on the team can open the client, read the notes and pick up the chase.
Everyone on the team sees the whole list, with each follow-up showing who owns it. Filter by overdue, today, upcoming or done, or by type and priority.
