Invite your team
Invites are free during the trial. Each person you add becomes a seat when billing starts.

Choose monthly or yearly and pay by card. Add it early and you still are not charged until the trial ends.

If you do not add billing, the account pauses at day 30. Your data is kept for 90 days, so you can pick it up later.

Questions people ask
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 30-day free trial with every feature and no card. After that it is £12.99 + VAT per user a month.
Do I have to add a card to try it?
No. You only add a card when you decide to carry on. If you add it during the trial, you are not charged until the trial ends.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own login. Pending invites are free until the person accepts.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them from your team and the seat comes off your subscription automatically, credited pro rata.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the month you have paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT at 20%. Add your VAT number at checkout and every invoice is a proper VAT invoice.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Billing is by card through Stripe. If you need to pay another way for a larger team, email hello@gather360.co.uk.
Do you offer discounts?
Yearly billing gives two months free. That is the only discount; everyone pays the same.
