Gather360 contacts list for a recruitment agency showing names, job titles, companies, email and phone

The short answer

Contact management means keeping the people you deal with in one shared place, linked to the company they work for. In Gather360 each contact has a name, job title, email and phone and belongs to a client. You see them on the client’s Contacts tab or in one list of everyone, which you can search and filter by client.

Why it matters

Contacts leave with the person who knew them

In a lot of small businesses the client list is somebody’s phone. When that person is on holiday, or leaves, so does the number for the finance manager who signs off invoices.

Gather360 keeps contacts on the client, where the whole team can see them. The next person to pick up the account knows who to ring and what job they do.

  • First and last name, job title, email and phone
  • Every contact is linked to a client, so you know where they work
  • Notes and follow-ups can be about a specific person at the client

The right person, with the history attached

When you write a note or set a follow-up, you can say which contact it is about. So the note reads “spoke to the site manager about the March start” rather than a vague “spoke to them”.

The contact’s details sit next to the client’s notes and follow-ups, so before you pick up the phone you can see the last thing that was said.
