Gather360 has three roles. The owner can do everything, including billing, settings and permanently deleting clients. Admins invite the team and manage the tag and sector lists. Users work on clients, contacts, notes, follow-ups and documents. Each person is a seat at £12.99 + VAT a month, and billing adjusts pro rata as people join or leave.
Roles
Three roles, and you will not need a manual for them
Big CRMs offer permission matrices with dozens of tick boxes. A team of six does not need that. It needs to know who pays the bill, who can invite people, and who just gets on with the work.
That is what the three roles cover. Everyone on the team works from the same clients, so nobody is left out of the picture.

An owner or admin enters an email address and picks admin or user.

The invite email has a link that lasts seven days. If it lapses, resend it from the team page.

Billing that follows the team
Each person on the team is a seat: £12.99 + VAT a month, or £129.90 + VAT a year. Pending invites are free until they are accepted.
When someone joins, a seat is added. When the owner removes someone, it comes off. The bill is adjusted pro rata, so you are not paying for people who have left.

Questions people ask
Can I stop users seeing certain clients?
No. Everyone on the team sees every client. Gather360 is built for small teams who share their clients, so there is no per-client permission.
Do I pay for invites that have not been accepted?
No. A seat is billed once the person accepts and joins the team.
What happens when someone leaves?
The owner removes them from the team, their access stops and the seat comes off the bill pro rata. Their notes and follow-ups stay on the clients.
Can I have more than one owner?
No. Each account has one owner, who handles billing. Admins can invite people and manage the lists.
Is single sign-on available?
No. Each person signs in with their own email address and password.
Is there a minimum team size?
