A simple CRM for small IT support companies and MSPs
Your ticketing system handles the faults. Gather360 handles the account: who to speak to, what you agreed, when the contract and the licences come up for renewal, and who is chasing it.

The short answer
A small IT support business or MSP needs a CRM for the account side: client companies, the decision makers and office contacts, notes from reviews and dated follow-ups for renewals and upgrades. Gather360 does that for £12.99 + VAT per user a month. It is not a PSA or ticketing system and does not monitor devices, so it sits alongside your support tools.
Your week
Renewals do not chase themselves
The support contract that rolls over in March. The firewall licence that lapses in June. The server you told them in the last review was on borrowed time. The quarterly review you meant to book.
Put each one in Gather360 as a follow-up on the client, with a date, a priority and an owner. The home screen shows what is overdue first and what is due this week, so the renewal conversation starts early instead of the week it expires.
- Contract and licence renewals as dated follow-ups
- Account reviews and upgrade conversations on the same list
- Assign them to the account manager or the owner
The right person, not just the one who logs tickets
At most clients the person who reports faults is not the person who signs the contract, and neither of them pays the invoice.
Add them all as contacts on the client with job title, email and phone: the MD, the office manager, the finance contact, the outside accountant who approves spend. When it is time to talk about renewal, you ring the decision maker first.
Agreements and review notes on the account
File the signed support agreement, the onboarding pack and the last review summary against the client as documents, stored privately. Write the outcome of each review as a dated note: what they decided, what they put off, what you recommended.
Keep passwords and network credentials in a proper password manager, not in a CRM. Gather360 is for the relationship, not the keys.
- Signed agreements and proposals filed per client
- Dated notes from each account review
- Tags for the contract type and size
How IT firms tend to set it up
The demo is set up as an HR consultancy; it works the same way for an IT support business.
Tags for the contract
Managed, Ad hoc, Block hours, Prospect. Filter your managed clients in a second.
Tags for the estate
Microsoft 365, On-prem server, Cyber Essentials, Backup. Find every client affected by a change.
Sectors
Legal, Dental, Manufacturing, Charity. Useful when you write sector-specific advice.
Review cycle
A follow-up for each quarterly or annual review, set again when the last one is done.
Plainly: what it is and is not for an MSP
Gather360 does
- Client companies and every contact there
- Follow-ups for renewals, reviews and upgrades
- Dated notes on decisions and recommendations
- Agreements and proposals filed per client
Gather360 does not
- Log or route support tickets
- Monitor devices or manage assets
- Bill contracts or track time
- Integrate with PSA or RMM tools (there is no API)

Questions people ask
Is Gather360 a PSA or helpdesk?
No. It does not log tickets, track time or bill. It is a CRM for the account relationship and works alongside your support tools.
Does it integrate with our RMM or PSA?
No. Gather360 has no integrations or API. It is a separate, simple place for clients, contacts, notes, follow-ups and documents.
Where is the data hosted?
In the UK. Each customer’s data is kept separate from every other customer’s, and we act as processor for the data you put in.
Can I limit what engineers can do?
Users work on clients, contacts, notes, follow-ups and documents. Only admins invite people and manage tag lists, and only the owner handles billing, settings and deleting clients.
How much does it cost?
£12.99 + VAT per user a month, or £129.90 + VAT per user a year. 30-day free trial, no card needed.
