Which one should you pick?

Choose Gather360 if…

  • You want one shared list of clients, contacts, notes and follow-ups, and not much else
  • You would rather not set up pipelines, sequences or automations
  • You want one plan and one price per user, with every feature on every seat
  • You want your data hosted in the UK
  • You have 3 or more people, so a 2-user free plan will not cover you

Choose HubSpot if…

  • You want your emails logged against contacts automatically
  • You sell through deal stages and want a pipeline with values and forecasts
  • You send email campaigns or run website chat
  • You need integrations with other apps, or a mobile app
  • You are 1 or 2 people and the free plan covers what you need
  • You expect to grow into marketing and service tools on one platform

What Gather360 is

A shared client list that opens on what is slipping

Gather360 does a short list of things. Clients and the people at them. Timestamped notes showing who wrote what. Follow-ups with a due date, priority and owner. Documents filed against the client.

The home screen shows what is overdue and what is due this week, for the whole team. That is most of it, on purpose.

  • Roles for owner, admin and user
  • Managed tag and sector lists so spelling stays consistent
  • Works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone

What a 5-person team pays in a year

Using the prices on each pricing page on 27 October 2026.

Gather360

  • Monthly: 5 × £12.99 × 12 = £779.40 + VAT
  • Yearly: 5 × £129.90 = £649.50 + VAT

HubSpot Starter

  • Billed annually at the offer price: 5 × £7 × 12 = £420
  • Billed monthly at the offer price: 5 × £9 × 12 = £540

On those offer prices HubSpot Starter costs less than Gather360 for five people. The page marks both prices as limited-time and does not show what they become afterwards, so check their pricing page for the regular price before you compare over more than a year. The free plan is £0 but covers only 2 users.

If price is the deciding factor and you will use HubSpot’s extra tools, HubSpot is the better deal. If you won’t, the cheaper option is the one your team actually keeps up to date.
