Which one should you pick?

Choose Gather360 if…

  • You are a small team, and the CRM is a shared record rather than a sales machine
  • You don’t have anyone to set up or look after a CRM
  • You want one plan and one price, with every feature on every seat
  • You want your data hosted in the UK

Choose Salesforce if…

  • You run a sales team with leads, opportunities and targets
  • You want email and calendar sync, automation and forecasting
  • You need integrations with lots of other systems
  • You expect to grow a lot and want a platform that grows with you
  • You have, or will pay for, someone to configure it

Right-sized

For the five people who need to know where things stand

Most small businesses don’t need forecasting or lead routing. They need to know who the client is, what was said last time, and what has to happen next.

Gather360 answers those three questions for the whole team, and shows what is overdue the moment you open it.

  • Timestamped notes showing who wrote them
  • Follow-ups assigned to a person, overdue first
  • Documents filed privately against the client
