The short answer
If you need email sync, deal pipelines, marketing tools or integrations, choose HubSpot, Pipedrive, Capsule, Zoho CRM or Salesforce; they all do more. If your small team needs one shared list of clients, contacts, notes, follow-ups and documents, with one flat price of £12.99 + VAT a user and UK hosting, Gather360 is built for exactly that.

Starting prices are the lowest paid tier per user a month, as shown on each vendor’s UK pricing page.
| Starting price | Free plan? | Best at | More than a small team needs? | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gather360 | £12.99 + VAT a user a month, or £129.90 + VAT a year | No. 30-day trial, no card | A shared client list with notes, follow-ups and documents | No. It does a short list of things |
| HubSpot | £7 a seat a month billed annually (limited-time offer) | Yes, up to 2 users | Sales, marketing and service on one platform | Often, if you won’t use the marketing and service tools |
| Pipedrive | £14 a seat a month billed annually, plus VAT | No. 14-day trial | Visual sales pipelines and deal tracking | If you don’t sell through deal stages |
| Capsule | £14 a user a month billed annually | Yes, up to 2 users and 250 contacts | A UK CRM with pipelines and integrations such as Xero | Less so; it is aimed at small businesses |
| Zoho CRM | £12 a user a month billed annually, plus VAT | Yes, up to 3 users | Lots of features and customisation for the price | Often, because of how much there is to set up |
| Salesforce | £20 a user a month (Starter Suite) | A Free Suite is listed; see their site | Large sales teams, forecasting and automation | Usually, for a team that just needs a client list |
| Spreadsheets | Usually already paid for | Google Sheets is free | Flexibility: any column or formula | No, but they struggle with shared follow-ups |
Prices checked on 27 October 2026 on each vendor’s own site and may change: hubspot.com/pricing/crm, pipedrive.com/en/pricing, capsulecrm.com/pricing, zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html and salesforce.com/uk/sales/pricing. Pipedrive and Zoho state their prices exclude VAT; HubSpot, Capsule and Salesforce did not say. HubSpot’s Starter price was marked as a limited-time offer.
How to choose
Start with what your team actually does every week, not with a feature list.
If you sell through a pipeline
If your work is leads becoming quotes becoming deals, you want deal stages and values. Look at Pipedrive, Capsule or HubSpot. Gather360 has no pipelines.
If you want your email in the CRM
Gather360 has no email sync. HubSpot, Pipedrive (from Growth), Capsule (from Growth), Zoho CRM and Salesforce all offer it.
If you run marketing from the same tool
HubSpot and Zoho are built for it. Gather360 has no marketing tools.
If you mostly look after existing clients
Consultancies, accountants, agencies, trades and training providers often don’t need a pipeline at all. They need to know who the client is, what was said last time and what happens next. That is what Gather360 does. See how it works for HR consultants, accountants and construction and trades.
If a spreadsheet still works
Keep it. Read Gather360 vs a spreadsheet for the signs it has stopped working.

Questions people ask
What is the cheapest CRM for a small UK business?
HubSpot, Capsule and Zoho CRM have free plans for 2 or 3 users. For a team of 5 on paid plans, prices checked on 27 October 2026 ranged from HubSpot Starter’s limited-time offer to several thousand pounds a year for larger suites. Gather360 is £649.50 + VAT a year for 5 people on yearly billing.
Does Gather360 do less than HubSpot or Salesforce?
Yes, much less. It has no email sync, pipelines, marketing tools, integrations or app-store app. It does clients, contacts, notes, follow-ups, documents and team roles.
Why would I choose a CRM with fewer features?
Because a CRM only helps if your team keeps using it. Gather360 is small enough to learn in an afternoon and has nothing to configure before it is useful.
Are the competitor prices up to date?
They were checked on 27 October 2026 on each vendor’s own pricing page. Prices change, so check the vendor’s site before you decide.
Can I move to Gather360 from another CRM?
Yes. Export your clients and contacts as a spreadsheet and send it to hello@gather360.co.uk. We will help you get it in. There is no import wizard.
